1) To begin, click the
My Account / Order Status
link above. |

2) Click the Continue button beneath the New Customer dialog. |

3) Enter your email address and your preferred password. This is
now your log in credentials to enter the site. Click Continue when
finished. |

4) Enter your shipping address. If your billing address is the
same, select the "Yes" circle when asked "Is this address also your billing
address?" Click Continue. If this is also your billing address, you
have completed your new customer log in. |

5) If you selected "No" in step 4, enter your billing address. You
may still select to use your mailing address or enter your new billing address
and click Continue. You have completed your new customer log in. |
